Cheers to a Healthy and Active New Years Diet
So I’ve been posting my husbands lunches because I’m on a consistant diet. Everyday for breakfast I will have an egg either scrambled or hard-boiled. Vanilla yogurt (whichever brand with less sugar, because I hate plain yogurt), Bare Naked Fit granola (which has 4 grams of sugar! This makes up for the sugar in vanilla yogurt). Carrots and hummus or peanut butter and apples or banana for snack. And...

Still cooking...
just haven’t had time to post (anything). So I have thrown up a couple of photos for now.
